About Kyle Johanesson

Kyle Johanesson, a native of Monroe Township, New Jersey, has excelled in the field of communications. His journey began in Monroe Township, where he attended local schools and graduated from Monroe Township High School in 2020. Kyle earned an associate's degree in Communications: New Media from Mercer County Community College in 2022 and a bachelor's degree in Communications: Strategic PR from Rutgers University in 2024.

Kyle's professional experiences are marked by a commitment to impactful communication. He began as a Communications Assistant for Steven Rogers for Governor in 2017 and later served as a Media Assistant for the America Winning Coalition until 2019. These roles sharpened his strategic messaging skills and deepened his understanding of political communication.

Currently, Kyle is the Community Relations/Digital Media Coordinator for Monroe Township, where he leads initiatives that engage residents and amplify the municipality's voice. His work extends to the Monroe Township Historic Preservation Commission, where he leverages technology to efficiently coordinate events. In December 2023, he published his first historic-fiction novel, Eyes of a Spore.
